Specialty contractor for over 55 years providing design and installation of building enclosure systems and curtainwall

-- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with unitized curtainwalls, storefronts and stick built systems

-- Must be able to read drawings

-- Order material, prepare manpower loading, project schedules, track deliveries

-- Resolve field problems with both internal and customer staff

-- Prepare and track change orders

-- Provide monthly invoicing to customers

-- Willing to go on site and look at project specific conditions and work with management and field engineers/ installers for solutions

Blue Beam, Adobe PDF and must be proficient at MS Excel
