Company is one of the leading fabricators and installers of exterior metal wall panels. Their expertise spans a variety of aluminum composite materials and other cladding systems

Candidates will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from material and labor estimates, basic designs, bid submittals, follow up, job set up, project scheduling, project management, job analysis and review through job close out

Candidate must be motivated, reliable and ready to work independently and responsibly

-- Three years of Project Management experience with exterior wall panels, architectural metal panels, cladding systems including aluminum           plate, insulated panels, and rain screen systems

-- Complete understanding of construction documents (scope of work, drawings, take-offs, material lists, etc.)

-- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Project)

-- Planning and organizational skills

-- Good written and oral communication skills

-- Some travel will be required

-- Must not be afraid of heights

-- Ability to Field Measure Benefits

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Management or combination of education and experience.
