Principal Responsibilities - Assistant Project Manager
-- Assist senior project management with projects completion, orders, on-site material delivery, completion/development of punchlists
-- Coordinate site work with superintendents and engineers
-- Completion of various interior project scope
-- Maintain document control of the following:
- Submittals
- RFI’s
- RFC’s
- Quote requests
-- Assist in on-site water testing
-- Small project take offs and estimating
-- Executing completion of small projects
-- Executing project warranty
-- Warehouse water jet equipment management
-- Water jet projects take offs and estimating
-- Perform other duties as assigned
Principal Responsibilities - Safety Coordinator
-- Preparation of job specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analysis
-- Perform weekly job site inspection reports
-- Attend job site safety meetings
-- Conduct new employee site specific safety orientations
-- Conduct new employee shop safety orientations
-- Communicate necessary corrective measures resulting from job site inspections
-- Provide updated safety information to project management team to maintain safe working environment and meet minimum OSHA
standards
-- Identify best practices and encourage other employees to follow
-- Organize proper safety training for field, shop and office employees
-- Investigate accidents to determine causes and install preventive measures
-- Order safety supplies and personal protection equipment
-- Maintain and inspect safety equipment and personal protection equipment
